# Insider Tips:

01 -
  • Its faster than delivery and infinitely customizable with whatever you have in your fridge
  • The crispy tortilla exterior gives you that perfect crunch without needing a pizza stone or waiting for dough to rise
02 -
  • Dont overload any single quarter with toppings or the tortilla will tear when you try to fold everything together
  • The pan must be fully heated before adding the wrap or youll end up with a sad, soggy tortilla instead of the crispy golden perfection you want
03 -
  • Use a cast iron skillet if you have one because it holds heat perfectly and creates the most even golden crust
  • Weigh down the wrap with a second smaller pan while cooking for restaurant style pressing that melts every layer together
