# How-To:
01 - Combine cold heavy cream, chocolate syrup, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl.
02 - Whisk or beat with an electric mixer until the mixture thickens slightly and forms soft peaks, being careful not to overwhip.
03 - Distribute ice cubes evenly among two serving glasses.
04 - Pour 3/4 cup of chilled cold brew coffee into each prepared glass.
05 - Gently spoon the whipped chocolate cream over the cold brew coffee, allowing it to float.
06 - Drizzle chocolate syrup and sprinkle shaved chocolate or cocoa powder over the top, if desired. Serve immediately with a straw.
